WIST, December 8 -- Deputy dean Li Hui from the School of Business and Trade (SBT), together with teachers Tian Fangyuan and Yuan Di from the Digital Commercial Logistics Specialty Group (DCLSG), conducted professional training for more than 10 management personnel of Zhuoqin Shipping Indonesia (ZSI). They shared their expertise in intelligent logistics information technology, green logistics, and supply chain.
Li Hui, as the host, first introduced the development history, school conditions, and basic information of DCLSG of WIST. Li Jia, general manager of ZSI, briefly introduced the company’s scale and business scope.
Tian shared the latest trends and practical applications of smart logistics technology through the online course Smart Logistics Information Technology of Xueyin Online, and described the development blueprint of smart logistics technology at home and abroad for employees.
Yuan conducted a training session on Green Logistics and Supply Chain. She illustrated the importance of green logistics and its implementation strategy in simple language, enabling employees to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s green logistics planning.
After the training, Li Hui engaged in in-depth discussions with Li Jia. Both sides deliberated on the potential internship and employment opportunities for students, as well as how to further enhance the school-enterprise collaboration to jointly promote the development of the shipping industry. For ZSI, this training serves as a significant measure to improve the company’s service quality and competitiveness, Li Jia said. She also expressed gratitude for the trainers, stating that it significantly contributes to the company’s business development. The company eagerly anticipates further collaboration opportunities with SBT in the future, she added.
