WIST, October 26 -- The 24th China Annual Conference and Exhibition on International Education was held at the Beijing National Convention Center. Huai Jinpeng, Minister of Education, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Jie, Vice Minister of Education, also attended the opening ceremony. Chen Changjiang, vice secretary of the WIST Party Committee, and five others attended the meeting.

During the annual meeting, Chen Changjiang and his delegation attended seminars such as “Exploring the Construction Path of international-level Vocational Schools with Chinese Characteristics” and “Digital Empowerment through Co-construction and Sharing: Exploring New Paths for Vocational Education to Go Global.”
Lin Yu, deputy director of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education, Xie Yonghua, president of Nanjing Polytechnic University, and well-known experts from colleges, universities, enterprises, and social organizations at home and abroad participated in the seminar. Through keynote speeches, dialogues, and interviews, they discussed new ideas and measures for China’s vocational education internationalization construction path and overseas strategy to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
